Start with one idea
The launch videos people remember are built around one idea, not a feature list. Before any script, write the single sentence you want viewers to repeat, then find the image that proves it.
A founder talking to camera is fine. A founder talking to camera inside a scene that shows the problem is better.

002
Write for the first six seconds
A founder has about six seconds on X and LinkedIn. Open on the most surprising frame in the film, then explain. Keep the hero cut between 60 and 90 seconds.

003
Shoot in one day
Batch timelines are tight. Plan one shoot day with a real crew, lock the product sequences in motion graphics, and leave the rest of the ten days for the edit and cutdowns.

004
Plan the launch, not just the film
Deliver a vertical cut, a square cut and a 15-second teaser alongside the hero film. Line up the founders, investors and friends who will share it in the first hour.
